Q. Do I need to take my car to the Repair Centre recommended by my insurer?

A. No - you have the right to choose where your repairs are carried out, even if your insurer operates an approved repairer scheme. Be aware that those approved repairers may not have the skills and equipment available at a Ford Accident Repair Centre, such as Gordons.

Q. Will I still be entitled to a free courtesy car, even if the accident was my own fault?

A.Yes - regardless of who is to blame, we will ensure that a courtesy vehicle is made available to you whilst we carry out the repairs.

Q. Will I need to obtain two estimates?

A. No- leave Gordons to deal with your insurance company, one estimate is all you need.
